This soothing sound bath session is designed to harmonize your mind, body, and spirit through the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, gong, flute and drums.
Bring a mat and blanket to get comfy. There are plenty of chairs at the venue so you can be seated, or mix it up! I have a few spare mats, but if you have your own do please bring it.
