We'll be pouring: Shortbarrel Bourbon

  • Toasted Barrel – Smooth, approachable, and loaded with toasted oak, vanilla, cherry, and nutty sweetness.
  • Double Oak – The award-winning bourbon that captured Best Overall Bourbon and Best Overall Whiskey honors at the 2026 WSWA competition.
  • Sapsquatch – A maple-finished bourbon offering layers of caramel, toasted oak, baking spice, and rich complexity without overwhelming sweetness.
  • NEW Cigar Batch – A limited release featuring luxurious notes of leather, vanilla, candied fruit, charred oak, and a long, warming finish designed with cigar enthusiasts in mind.

Our staff will guide you through each pour, discuss the unique finishing techniques, and answer your bourbon questions.
