Short Stories Told Quickly - Workshop

This three-hour interactive workshop will look at creating flash fiction and prose poems and will include writing exercises and feedback so that some first drafts and initial editing can be done in the session. Flash Fiction, prose poems and compressed stories currently have a ready market not only in magazines and literary journals, but also on radio. Expect to have pieces of new writing well underway in this workshop hosted by a writer with long experience working and publishing in these forms.
John W. Sexton is a poet, children's novelist, radio scriptwriter and short story writer. His work spans vision poetry, contemporary fabulism, science fiction and surrealism.
