Having been born in Japan and moving across the United States all his life, Steve is no stranger to travel.

"My interest in travel photography started as a way to stay connected with friends and family. I wanted to share more than words could convey."

In order to tell the stories of his travels, Steve ventures beyond the tourist packed streets to explore the places where local people live their daily lives.

For years , Steve has been traveling between Asia, Europe, and North America with his Leica M and Q cameras, building a body of work documenting his time in stunning places that speak to his love for the streets of these distinct places.

Steve will discuss how he balances his time and focus to come away with images that tell a deeper story of his travels time after time.
