This year’s theme is Night at the Disco. It is time to turn back the clock to the groovy 1970s! Disco fever is in the air, and we are ready to boogie under the glittering disco ball—think rhythm, glamour, and good vibes all night long.
ONLINE AUCTION
The excitement starts with an online auction that opens at 8:00 p.m. on Monday, March 2, featuring amazing items including trips, vacation homes, sporting events, entertainment, and much more, such as the Unique to Bear Creek experiences with our amazing teachers and staff.

IN-PERSON GALA
The in-person Gala dinner is on Saturday, March 7, 5:30 p.m. We are excited to host this year’s event at the Bellevue Hyatt Regency to allow people a space to come together in celebration and support of The Bear Creek School as well as create fun opportunities for guests to:
💬 Visit with friends and fellow parents
💚 Play games and win prizes such as bottles of wine
🤍 Bid on exclusive items in the Super Silent Auction
🍽️ Enjoy a three-course gourmet dinner, Live Auction, and raffle
🎙️ Keep the party going with a live DJ at the Disco After-Party
We will have Gala favorites including signature drinks, the Dessert Dash, and most importantly, the opportunity to make a gift to the Fund-a-Need that will enhance The Bear Creek School.
