A Sound Bath is an ancient practice of using sound vibrations and resonance to align your chakras, reduce various ailments, and set your soul on the right frequency.
The benefits are vast including lowering blood pressure, reducing stress and anxiety, helping low mood, clearing a busy mind. To name a few
We start with steadying the breath, short guided meditation and a beautiful sound bath experience using crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, Koshi Bells, Tincture Bells, Ocean drum, rain stick and rattles to bring a varied and deep meditative state.
We end grounding ourselves with Dark chocolate.
If you want to share with me any experiences you had with what your saw during your Sound Bath I can help you with what that might mean for you.
BUT WHAT SHALL I WEAR?
BE comfy! Bring a Pillow, Blanket and something like a mat to lay on. as a minimum.
If you wanna be extra I am here for it, so oodies, quilts, zero gravity chairs (let me know for space) , are more than welcome.
