Join us for a festive roof terrace retreat in the City of Southend. On arrival there will be refreshments. We will then start our 90min Yoga and Meditation practice. ( beginners welcome )Following our practice we will chat, chill and soak up the environment with refreshments and a buffet brunch.
After brunch there will be a Christmas Door Wreath workshop where you will decorate a wreath to take away with you. Enjoy Bubbles and a mince pie while you create.
Cost £95 (includes brunch , refreshments, bubbles , mince pies and floristry materials)
