About this Event
Welcome to the SHIFT Women’s Day Retreat!
This women's retreat is a day-long immersion of healing, self-discovery and holistic wellness.
It's designed for women seeking self-care time and women looking to learn and explore practices that help decrease stress and negative thought patterns and improve emotion regulation. The day retreat also includes learning and exploring practices that help to form a stronger relationship with oneself, helping to create clarity on your path and greater inner peace, self-love, purpose and fulfillment within.
If we don't have practices and routines that connect us inwards, connect us to presence and connect us to an inward sense of purpose, fulfillment and self-love, life can feel challenging, stressful and unfulfilling. We can end up feeling stuck, numb, lost/sad, running on autopilot, and endlessly meeting everyone else's needs. This day retreat includes practices and modalities (such as meditation exercises, reflection & journaling, gentle & soothing restorative yoga + group teachings and group discussion) to help us develop an inner sense of groundedness & peace, inner connection and inward fulfillment & purpose.
Leave with a toolbox of skills and practices you can use for returning to inner peace, self-love, clarity and greater purpose and fulfillment at any time.
This retreat is beginner friendly and can be a powerful first step into healing & self-care or for those who are already on a path of healing, self-discovery and self-care. Come alone or come with a friend! All are welcome.
This retreat is for you if you’re struggling with any of the following:

- Struggling with feeling numb, going through the motions, living “like a robot”

WHAT’S INCLUDED…
- Arrival and Check-in: Greet and settle into the surroundings.
- Setting Intentions: Connect with fellow participants, learn the power of intention setting and set your intentions for the day.
- Mindfulness Teaching & Practice Session: Understand how mindfulness exercises can center your thoughts, balance your nervous system, regulate emotions, improve the relationship you have with yourself and connect you to your intuition and clarity on your path.
- Path, Purpose & Inner Fulfillment Workshop: Journaling journey to gain clarity on your truths, followed by reflective discussions to deepen your insights.
- Restorative Yoga & Guided Meditation: Restorative yoga session to decrease stress, practice self-care and nurture your body and spirit, followed by a guided meditation session to cultivate inner peace and clarity.
- Lunch break: snacks and beverages provided
- Nature & Grounding Exercise: Connect with nature through a grounding exercise, allowing its soothing energy to replenish your soul.
- Power of Presence & Mindset Workshop + Practice Session: Explore the transformative power of presence and understand how to work with your mind and your perspective to create greater inner peace, self-love, purpose & fulfillment.
- Holistic Modalities for Healing & Transformation: Learn and explore the world of essential oils, herbal remedies & bach flowers, and alternative healing modalities for holistic well-being. Learn different bach flower remedies for healing and strengthening various things such as self-love, self-esteem, courage, stress & anxiety relief, etc.
- Creating Routines + Departure and Reflective Farewell: Conclude the day with learning and reflecting on how to create a quick daily routine for inward connection, healing & fulfillment + conclude with a gratitude practice to carry forward with you.
