Details: Learn all you need to know about how to set up your transition area for your triathlon from The I’On Club’s official triathlon and swim Coach Danny. We will explain what the "transition area" is and why it's important. Then stick around for a swim clinic to learn stroke techniques to help you in the swim portion of the triathlon. She Tris' participants will learn how the swim portion of the event will be organized and have an opportunity to time themselves in the lanes.
