This is your chance to experience the course firsthand and ensure you're prepared for your upcoming triathlon! Bilda Bike, local She Tris supporter for years, will ensure you are comfortable using your bike to get the best experience during your triathlon. At this clinic you will learn how to ride your bike efficiently, use your gears, ensure good tire pressure, handle turns with confidence, mount and dismount your bike, hydrate, minimize transition time (bike to run), ensure sear height and reach to your handlebars is correct and overall learn to love riding your bike!
What to bring: Bike, helmet, sunglasses, water and a smile!
**Parking and meeting spot notes: we will meet near the restrooms at the parking lot just before the intersection of Mary Murray Drive and 10th Avenue.
