An intimate workshop created for women to explore the connection between vaginal health, body awareness, mental wellness, intimacy, and pleasure. This experience will create a safe and stigma-free space to talk openly about what our bodies communicate, how shame impacts confidence, and how truth, care, and education can support whole-person wellness.
