She Invests: A Woman's Guide to Building Wealth
About this Event
You know you should be doing more with your money—but investing can feel confusing, intimidating, or like something you need to be “wealthy enough” to begin.
She Invests is a practical, judgment-free workshop created for women who are ready to understand investing and take a more active role in building their financial futures.
Led by Devhuti Patel, licensed financial coach and founder of Devar & Associates, this conversation will make investing feel approachable, relevant, and possible—whether you are opening your first investment account or finally becoming more intentional about the accounts you already have.
During this workshop, you’ll learn:
• Why investing is an important part of building long-term wealth
• The difference between saving and investing
• Common investment accounts and how they work
• How to begin investing without needing a large amount of money
• How fear, family experiences, and cultural expectations can influence financial decisions
• Practical next steps for becoming a more confident investor
This workshop is for you if:
• You want to invest but don’t know where to begin
• You have a retirement or investment account but don’t fully understand it
• You’ve been waiting until you earn more or feel more prepared
• You want to make financial decisions with greater clarity and confidence
• You’re ready to build wealth for yourself, your family, and future generations
You do not need to understand financial terminology or arrive with a perfectly organized financial life. Come with your questions, your goals, and a willingness to begin.
It’s time to stop sitting on the sidelines of your financial future.
She earns. She learns. She invests.
Please note: This workshop is for educational purposes only and does not provide individualized investment, legal, or tax advice.
