She Hikes Free Walk - Plymbridge - Saturday 4th July
About this Event
🌿 She Hikes Community Walk – Coypool to Plymbridge - 9:30am🌿
Come and join us for a relaxed, friendly walk through one of Plymouth’s most beautiful green spaces. This is a chance to get outdoors, enjoy some fresh air, discover a local walk and meet like-minded women in a welcoming and supportive environment. 🥾💕
Whether you’re coming with a friend or on your own, you’ll be made to feel welcome. In fact, most women come to their first She Hikes walk alone, so please don’t let that put you off. Everyone is incredibly friendly, and many of the friendships in this community started with someone turning up not knowing a single person.
📍 Meeting Point
Coypool Park & Ride, Plymouth, PL7 4TB
Please meet near the bike hire.
🚗 Parking
Parking is free at Coypool Park & Ride.
⚠️ Please do not park in Marsh Mills Business Park as parking restrictions apply and you may receive a parking ticket.
🥾 Walk Information:
📏 Distance: Approx. 7km
⏰ Duration: Around 2 hours
🌿 Terrain: Mainly gravel paths and woodland trails with some uneven ground and muddy sections depending on recent weather. There are also a few gentle hills and one section of steps, so please bear this in mind when deciding whether the walk is suitable for you.
We walk at a sociable pace and take regular breaks to keep the group together, so there’s absolutely no pressure to walk quickly or keep up with anyone. The focus is on enjoying the walk, chatting and having a good time.
⚠️ Not suitable for pushchairs due to uneven terrain, steps and woodland paths.
👟 Please wear suitable footwear and clothing for the conditions.
🎟️ Tickets
Spaces are limited to help keep the walks safe, manageable and enjoyable for everyone.
If you book a ticket and can no longer attend, please cancel your place as soon as possible so somebody else can join. Free walks often have waiting lists and it would be a shame for someone to miss out unnecessarily.
🐶 Dogs
Friendly, well-behaved dogs are welcome.
Dogs must remain under close control at all times and owners are fully responsible for their dogs throughout the event. Owners are responsible for any injury, loss, damage or incident involving their dog.
👭 Who Can Attend?
This is a women’s community walk and is open to all adults aged 18+.
