Join Shasta Roller Derby's Bootcamp and Become Your Own Hero!
Roller derby isn’t just a sport—it’s an opportunity to push your limits, find your strength, and unleash your inner hero. This 3 week bootcamp is designed to teach you how to roller skate and introduce you to the fundamentals of roller derby while giving you a full-body workout in a supportive, empowering environment.

What to Expect:

• Learn how to skate, fall safely, and build essential skills to conquer the track.
• Challenge yourself with drills and games that build strength, endurance, and confidence.
• Join a community of fierce, supportive athletes who cheer each other on every step of the way.
• Loaner gear is available (limited, first come, first serve).
• No experience needed—just bring your determination and a can-do attitude!

This is more than a bootcamp; it’s a chance to rewrite your story, one stride at a time. Roller derby will challenge you, but the rewards—personal growth, strength, and a community like no other—are worth every effort.

Details:

• Dates: Sundays, January 19th, 26th, and February 2nd
• Fee: $20 registration (covers all sessions)
• Location: Redding Sports Park (formerly Big League Dreams)
  Please note: Redding Sports Park charges a $5 entry fee for each visit.
• Orientation Night: Friday, January 17th, at 6:30 PM
  Meet the captains, learn about roller derby, and get fitted for loaner gear.
