This special offering is for anyone wanting to offer themselves a little extra TLC at this time of year or share a tender heart-opening experience with someone they hold dear.

We will begin with a deeply intuitive and restorative practice enhanced with gentle Thai-inspired self-healing touch to encourage release and ease in the body. Following the movement, you’ll be guided into a restorative sound bath featuring a gong, crystal singing bowls, and other resonant instruments designed to replenish, restore, and support deep relaxation.
