A bad day. A bad week. A good one that you have had nobody to tell. Or something you have been holding onto for a long time and never said out loud.

Say it. We will listen. No advice, no judgment, no fixing, and no one telling you to look on the bright side.

This is a social evening, not therapy, counselling or a mental health support group. It is people in a room, listening properly.

WHY WE DO THIS

So no one has to do life alone. That is the whole reason this cafe exists. To bring people into the same room, and to put a little more kindness and humanity into an ordinary day.
