Discover the art of cocktail making in a relaxed, intimate setting where creativity, flavour, and good company come together.
Our hands-on workshop invites you behind the bar to explore the techniques of mixology. You’ll learn to shake, stir, balance flavours, and create four distinctive cocktails from scratch, all while enjoying a selection of delicious bites.
Whether you’re a complete beginner or simply looking for a unique Sunday experience, no previous bartending knowledge is required.
The Cocktail Menu
01 | Limoncello Coconut Martini
A silky blend of limoncello, vodka, coconut, and fresh lemon. Smooth, tropical, and refreshing.
02 | Strawberry Whisky Sour
A vibrant interpretation of the classic whisky sour, combining Canadian whisky, strawberry, and fresh lemon.
03 | Kiwi Cool Lime
A refreshing combination of vodka, fresh kiwi, lime, honey, mint, and soda.
04 | Brown Butter Maple Old Fashioned
A sophisticated twist on a timeless classic, featuring whisky, brown butter, Canadian maple syrup, and aromatic bitters.
A selection of food is included throughout the evening:

The Experience
This isn’t simply a cocktail tasting. You’ll be making the drinks yourself, with step-by-step guidance throughout the workshop.
Learn the essentials of shaking, stirring, chilling, dilution, aeration, and presentation, along with the secrets behind a beautifully balanced cocktail.
With just eight guests per workshop, the experience is personal, interactive, and designed to be enjoyed at your own pace.
