Elevate your results and push your limits. This class focuses on maximum calorie burn, combining cardiovascular and endurance training. Each workout will be unique and challenging. All levels are welcome; there will be modifications and progressions offered.
Open to all levels, ages 16+
Classes are purchased in sessions; ($6 a class )each session starts at the beginning of the month. The center does its class schedule by the season, but this class has no end date.
