4th Annual Alpha Wars!Lifetime Alpha Lenexa is excited to announce the fourth annual Alpha Wars taking place on Saturday, June 13th.��
Get ready for an epic battle like no other! Grab your partner, pick a side, Jedi or Sith and start training as the fight for the galaxy will be here soon!
This competition consists of 4 workouts and a floater. The first workout will take place outside consisting of running, swimming and other various movements while the remaining workouts will take place inside the building.
With two divisions, RX and Scaled, the RX division is closer to an intermediate plus, making it a good competition for those wanting to bump up and try a harder division without the worry of high skills. This year there will be no muscle ups, handstand pushups or handstand walks but as stated above, there will be swimming.
