We’ll kick things off with an energizing Infrared Yoga class to detox, tone, and turn up the heat. Strength Flo is an energizing, full-body workout that combines yoga and strength training for a balanced fitness experience. Start with a yoga-based warm-up, then dive into strength training using a mix of dumbbells and bodyweight exercises to build power, endurance, and overall fitness. Finish with a quick recovery stretch to leave you feeling strong and balanced. Then stay to sip, shop, and socialize at our mingle session featuring some of your favorite wellness brands:
