Expect a balanced practice that moves at a comfortable pace—helping you release tension, build gentle strength, and cultivate presence. You’ll leave feeling centered, calm, and more at home in your body.

This class is accessible for all levels and all bodies, with supportive modifications and variations offered as needed.

We provide all props—mats, bolsters, blocks, straps, and blankets—but you’re always welcome to bring your own for comfort.
