In this exploration of Shamanism, participants will explore connection to Spirit through Shamanic Journeywork and Power Chants based on what they need for where they are in their Healing Path, and also learn/practice Shamanic techniques to shift the movement and flow of energy in the body.

*This workshop will share energy-work methods to support Reiki and other energy-work modalities.
*Some experience with Shamanic Journey is recommended.
