Join me for a short and relaxed walk in the woods at Newmillerdam Country Park, where we will take some time to connect with the Stone People through a shamanic rock reading exercise.
The Stone People are the foundations for everything in the Universe made form. They move incredibly slowly and embody stillness and patience. Hearing their voice requires us to become very calm and slow and when they speak they bring steadiness and timelessness.
In this core shamanic practice of rock reading, we take a big and open ended question we would like guidance on out into nature. Guidelines will be given on the day.
This event is completely free of charge and is open to everyone, however please bear in mind this is a spiritual and meditative exercise, not a social event. So if you want to walk and chat, please kindly make other arrangements.
Please meet up at the top gate layby, on the A61, past the St Pierre Hotel and just down from Seckar Woods (on the opposite side).
