Shamanic Journeying 101 is a soft, welcoming introduction to one of the oldest intuitive practices in the world: entering a light meditative state to receive insight, guidance, and connection from your inner world and spirit allies.

This workshop honors the roots of journeying while offering an accessible, beginner-friendly way to explore the practice in a safe, grounded, supportive space.

In this 90 minute in-person class inside the Positivity Pavilion, Isabel leads you through:
