Shamanic Foundations is a grounded, one-day or full non-residential weekend workshop introducing the core principles of shamanic journeying and basic healing practices in a steady, supportive, and beginner-friendly way.
The emphasis is on direct experience, safety, and clarity, not belief systems or performance. The work is approached slowly and respectfully, with plenty of space for reflection, questions, and integration.
This workshop is suitable for:
Complete beginners who are curious about shamanic practice
Those returning to journeying after time away
Anyone seeking a grounded introduction rather than an intensive or advanced training
Across the weekend we explore:
How to safely shift awareness through rhythm and intention
The basics of shamanic journeying
How to navigate non-ordinary reality at a steady pace
Meeting compassionate helping spirits
Early foundations for personal healing work
The group is kept small to support a calm, contained atmosphere.
An optional post-workshop online Integration Circle is included to support early home practice.
