WHAT IS A CACAO CEREMONY?
Cacao ceremony is a healing and empowering process which brings clarity, the feeling of aliveness and harmony.
The ceremony is a space of meditation, inner reflection and simply being.
You will receive energy healing and activation, release stress and internal blockages, and gain valuable insights into life situations.
Our program will include:
- arrival, tea and introduction
- a sharing circle
- opening the sacred space and creating an altar together
- exercises and movement practices to awaken the body and senses
- guided meditation
- inner journey with Cacao, guided by music, drumming and singing
- closing circle. integration
During the ritual you will be offered a drink of ceremonial Cacao.
The ceremony will be for women only.

We all love Cacao, but few know Cacao as a Sacred Plant Medicine - Teacher Plant - that allows to access the unseen of the sub-conscious, to bring healing and clarity, to understand our behavioral patterns, liberate emotions, and dissolve negative energy. It guides us towards a better understanding of ourselves and the fullest expression of our potential.
Cacao is believed to have the ability to unlock the secrets of the soul. This Sacred Plant has been used throughout time in worship rites and ceremonies across Central and South America.
Cacao is the medicine of the Heart. Through a lived experience, Cacao teaches a deeply loving way of living, openness to Life and a way of no resistance.

PREPARING FOR THE CEREMONY
Being receptive to Cacao requires some minimum preparation.
It is advisable not to eat or drink any animal products (meat, eggs, and dairy), coffee or alcohol, nor smoke any substances MINIMUM 24 hours before the ceremony. Drink plenty of water before and during the event.
It is required to stay clean from smoking W**d for at least 5 days before the ceremony.
Please do not eat at least 2 hours before the ceremony. Fasting is welcome.
Come with an intention. What do you wish to dedicate the ceremony to? Is there an issue that you'd like to resolve?
It is important to know that the ceremony can have a deep impact, so care is needed for self-preparation and the integration of the experience.
