Join us in beautiful Sisters, Oregon, for a transformational journey through the ceremony of Shamanic Breathwork - a powerful healing process that inspires individuals to reconnect with their own inner healer. It’s a journey taken by connecting the breath, chakra-attuned music, focused bodywork, art, and group sharing to leave you empowered with the magic of who you truly are.

Through the breath, chakra-attuned music, bodywork, art, and sharing in sacred circle, we create space for what's been buried to rise and release. You will meet ourselves with honesty, with courage, and with compassion. 

This is healing work for those who are ready to step into greater consciousness—not as an idea, but as a lived experience.

Whether you are in the shadows or in the light, you have medicine deep within you. 

Whether you are seeking clarity, inspiration, presence or release, you will find it within. 

Day Schedule:

10:30AM 6 Breathe / 6 co-journey

1:30PM Co-journeyers breathe / First breathers co-journey

3:00PM Processing & Closing of Ceremony

5:00PM Integration: Walk the land, connect with one another or be in silence.

Nestled on private land, this retreat space features a spacious yurt surrounded by open acreage—offering a peaceful, secluded setting to reconnect with yourself and nature.

A support facilitator to make sure you have everything you need (If you would like to apply for this support position you will receive a free spot at the next shamanic breathwork day retreat of your choosing.)

What to Bring:

What to Wear:

Comfy clothing that allows for any type of body movement

Leggings, shorts, clothing that is tighter against the body

Bring Layers as we will spend some time outside

Shoes for walking the trails, and easy on/off footwear for going in and out of the yurt

What not to Wear:

Any jewelry that could get snagged on your hair, clothing, etc.

Any clothing with belts, buttons or that could contribute to limited movement

Anything that may hinder self-expression in any form

Agreements:

You are required to participate completely drug free. This includes any and all plant medicines. This is very important for your own journey and your co-journeyers.

Post Retreat:

Allow for time to integrate. Try not to plan for anything else for the evening. You will receive instructions and support as well as access to me in the event you need support or further processing.

Optional Night Stay:

You are welcome to tent camp, van camp, or stay in the retreat Casita. Price ranges between $25-$100 for the nights stay.

Cost: $299 due upon registration. Your registration is non-refundable. You may gift your spot to a friend if you are unable to attend. Your commitment is appreciated.

Shamanic Breathwork® is a powerful healing modality created by Linda Star Wolf, a visionary teacher, shamanic guide, and founder of Venus Rising Association for Transformation and Venus Rising University. Developed through decades of study and practice, and inspired by her studies with Holotropic breathwork founder, Stan Grof, and Integrative Breathwork founder Jacquelyn Small, Shamanic Breathwork® integrates ancient wisdom with modern transformational techniques to facilitate deep healing and personal awakening.

 I am honored to be a Master Apprentice of Shamanic Breathwork® under the guidance of Linda Star Wolf and Venus Rising. This path is a deep commitment to the transformative power of breathwork and a calling to be in service to others through healing and soul awakening. I have trained extensively in holding space for deep healing, guiding individuals through the Shamanic Breathwork process, and supporting integration with clarity and compassion.
