Drumming is a powerful way to get out of your head and into the present moment. No experience is needed, and you don’t need a drum to participate (but bring one if you have it!).
🔹 Guided Shamanic Journey: After the drum circle, you’ll be led through a simple yet powerful meditation using rhythmic drumming to help you reach a deeply relaxed state. This guided journey will allow you to quiet your mind, gain insights about your life, and release anything that no longer serves you.
