Shakti is a Sanskrit word for the Divine Feminine Power at the base of all Creative Energy. As we connect with this powerful Goddess energy, we find liberation from old patterns that no longer serve us and we gain the courage and inspiration to become more of who we were meant to be on a deep, rich, soul level.

Woven with ancestral feminine wisdom and both ancient and modern practices, we will honor various spiritual traditions such as Buddhism, Christianity, Native American, and Hinduism. Our various practices of breath work, Yoga, meditation, Dance, Cacao Ceremony, and more will assist us in healing what lies in the shadows of these energies and will empower us into activating and realizing those gifts within our hearts, minds, bodies, and souls.

This weekend retreat has been designed to take you on a journey of discovery, offering you quality time to go within and tap into your womb space, with solitary practices like journaling and meditation, sound therapy, reiki, as well as group experiences like sound healing, cacao ceremony, a twerk and pelvic floor class, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, and more to provide space for connection, understanding and shared support. LGBTQ Friendly, Trans and AFAB Women welcomed. All ages, shapes & backgrounds! No experience needed just an open heart and mind to receive new tools to heal, relax, recharge, reignite and reconnect with yourself.

Expect a magical weekend in which you will be guided to connect with your sacred feminine power, strength and your ancient body wisdom.
