Join us at The Yoga Sanctuary with special guest teacher, Jennifer Loftus, for an inspiring session of Divine Feminine Dance! This event invites women from our community to engage in conscious, guided movement set to a variety of music. Our time together will include Divine Feminine Dance, meditation, and guided journaling. You'll also be provided tools and support to help you consciously choose happiness in every moment—cultivating a life filled with joy, pleasure, and fulfillment. Learn ways to consciously CHOOSE HAPPY moment by moment, day by day and ultimately year by year so we can enjoy life with more joy, pleasure, and fulfillment.
No prior dance experience is required, movements are tailored for all skill levels. This is a perfect opportunity for all women, whether you're a seasoned dancer or a newcomer, to explore movement in a supportive environment.
