Welcome to Shakti Rising: A Celebration of Self Love @ Valiant Living! The true power of the feminine is the power of the Shakti. We begin to touch into Shakti when we tune into the energy inside our body. We go even deeper as we set ourselves to experience deeper forms of inner inspiration, and when we begin to listen to the guidance that can flow from the deepest core of ourselves.
Tap into this energy with Malissa from Valiant and Alexis from Core Power by joining us for a women's Buti Glow Class. This event is all about embracing your inner strength and fostering a deep connection with yourself. Arrive on-time at 4 pm to adorn yourself with glow in the dark paint and glow sticks. At 4:20, Alexis will give a short tutorial about Buti yoga and the moves for the practice. At 4:30, we will dive into a 60 minute Buti glow class with great music and even greater opportunities to release what isn't serving you!
