Spiritual director & guide, will host this gathering of and for women. The daughters, sisters, & mothers uniting in a sacred circle.

We will connect in practices that explore the power of our voices and practices to move our bodies to unleash latent energy & clear outdated patterns held in the physical. There will be journaling, conversation, and movement all designed to deepen your own felt sense & relationship with Life Force energy.
