We're teaming up with Shakeout Run Club once a month at Beach House Falmouth.
Happening every first Saturday of the month (unless advertised otherwise) - meet at our Cool Box at 8.30am for a 6-8km run. (Run details will be decided by Shake Out leaders)
Get back to Beach House around 9/9.15 for a coffee. Plus, we will be offering 50% off breakfast for Shakeout runners.

Important! – You will need to register and sign Shakeout’s waiver before taking part (it’s free!). You can do this on their website, or head to the link in their Instagram bio and click ‘Join the Club’.
