Aerial circus class - silks and hoop

A fun, 90 minute, mixed aerial class of silks and hoop at The Space in Falmouth. All abilities welcome. I'm a fully insured circus teacher and performer. I've been teaching for 25+ years now and very used to having different abilities in classes. We all remember the first time we tried aerial - take the step and come join the fun!
Classes start with a warm up, followed by some conditioning before moving on to tricks. A fab way to get fit, build strength and flexibility, find a class of welcoming people and just generally feel fabulous!! I endeavour to create a safe space where we feel able to try something new.
Classes are £14 a session if booking a monthly block or £16 for one offs. Pre-booking is essential. PM me or:
