Join us at the Left Handed Giant Brew Pub for a super easy-paced 4km shake-out run in the heart of Bristol! Perfect for loosening up and shaking off those pre-race nerves ahead of the big day.

🕥 10:45 AM – Meet at Left Handed Giant Brew Pub (bag drop available)
🏃 11:00 AM – Run starts (approx. 4km)
🔙 11:45 AM – Return to the pub
🍕 12:00 PM – Pub opens – stick around for beers (including 0.5% options) and delicious pizzas to kickstart your carb loading
