They are here to ripen and mature through presence, honesty, creativity, and love.
Shadowlands is a three-immersion journey into the beauty, power, and tenderness of the shadow. Through somatic exploration, movement, art-making, story, and sacred theatre, you'll meet parts of yourself that have long been waiting to be met and loved.
This is both personal and transpersonal/mythic work. Our journey over these immersive 3 days together is here to beautifully and powerfully meet these deeper layers of your being where your identity, personal story, culture, and soul all merge into the unconscious reality that lives under and shapes your everyday experience of life.

We begin by coming to understand the shadow, not as a problem, but as a source of power that has not yet matured.

- How to hold this work with love, maturity, and sacred responsibility.
- Why we avoid our shadow and how this avoidance keeps us trapped.
