Shadow work is a spiritual journey that involves exploring and integrating unconscious parts of oneself. In this workshop, participants will be guided through a self-discovery meditation that focuses on identifying your shadow self, and learn how to integrate into their daily lives.

In this workshop, participants will explore, uncover and learn how to integrate the unconscious and repressed parts of themselves. This workshop will include guided meditation, psycho-education, journal prompts, and time for discussion.
