Monthly Women's Full Moon Healing Circle

In these turbulent times, it’s easy to become overwhelmed by the chaos of news and social media.

Nevertheless, prioritizing self-care and engaging with your community for support is essential whenever possible. These two practices play a vital role in centering yourself, reminding you of what truly matters, and preserving your well-being.

In the past 20 years of working in the healing arts, I’ve seen firsthand the immense value of one-on-one sessions. Receiving personalized attention can truly make a difference in our healing and self-connection, especially when we focus on addressing specific challenges.

However, I’ve also discovered through facilitating and participating in women’s circles that there is a unique power when women come together in community.

When we bring our whole selves—whatever we’re carrying—to the circle, something transformational happens. What may have been weighing us down individually begins to shift as we hold space together, allowing the darkness to be met with compassion and the light within us to emerge.

What better opportunity to explore our inner selves than during the full moon?

Just as the ocean tides rise with the full moon, so do our internal experiences. In various ancient cultures, the full moon represents a time to let go of burdens or things that no longer serve us.

Each month in 2025, we will delve into the energetic theme of the full moon through the following methods:

Meditative Movement Practices

Guided Imagery Meditations

Somatic Breathwork Techniques

Journal Prompts

Healing Practices to Enhance Intuition

With this in mind, women are warmly invited to join this monthly full moon healing circle on the Monday closest to the full moon from 6 to 8 PM CST at Elemental Health Chicago.

To receive the full benefit of this healing circle, it's ideal to attend the full series. That being said, participants will get to choose between attending a single circle, signing up for 6 months or registering for the whole year pending availability.

In order to keep the integrity of the circle strong, each circle will be limited to 10 participants.
