As the days grow shorter and the quiet of winter settles in, many of us naturally turn inward. Shadow Season is a time for reflection, rest, and tending to the deeper layers of our emotional and energetic health. This class is designed to support you through the darker months with plant allies, ritual practices, and nervous system nourishment.
In this class, we’ll explore:
• How winter influences mood, energy, sleep, and the nervous system and why many people feel shifts in motivation, emotions, or stress during this time.
• We’ll discuss a variety of calming nervines, grounding adaptogens, and aromatic herbs that offer support for seasonal mood changes, overwhelm and burnout, emotional heaviness, restlessness or disrupted sleep, grounding and inner steadiness
• We'll also discuss practices to help you move through winter with intention and ease.
We'll also craft a personalized grounding roll-on to use during your practices :)
