Shadow Healing/Work, Workshop

Welcome to the **Shadow Healing/Work Workshop**! Join us for a transformative online event where we will explore the depths of our shadows and learn how to heal and integrate them into our lives. This workshop will take place on **Sunday November 10 2024** at **12:00 PM CST**.

During this workshop, you will have the opportunity to participate in guided meditations, group discussions, and interactive exercises designed to help you uncover and release hidden aspects of yourself. By shining a light on our shadows, we can bring healing and wholeness to our lives.

Whether you are new to shadow work or have been on this journey for a while, this workshop offers a safe and supportive space for exploration and growth. Join us as we dive deep into the shadows and emerge with a greater sense of self-awareness and empowerment. We look forward to seeing you there!

There is an optional workbook that goes through topics in class with Shadow Work activities and exercises.
