Sew your own Christmas Stocking in Brighton

Add a handmade touch to your festive celebrations by creating a beautiful, fully lined Christmas stocking. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to cut, sew, and decorate your stocking with professional-looking finishes that you’ll be proud to hang by the fireplace or give to someone special.

Our friendly tutor will guide you through:

• Cutting and preparing your fabric pieces
• Sewing and lining your stocking for durability
• Adding trims, ribbons, or personal touches
• Finishing techniques to make it look shop-bought (but far more meaningful!)

All essential materials, seasonal fabrics, threads, trims, and use of sewing machines (or bring your own if you prefer). You are also welcome to bring your own special fabrics and trimmings.

Perfect for beginners with some basic sewing knowledge.

If you have food preferences or accessibility needs, please tell us in advance so we can make your visit as smooth as possible.

All workshops are beginner-friendly unless stated otherwise, and we provide all the materials you need. Adult sessions are for ages 16+, teen classes for ages 11–16, and family workshops for ages 7+ with an accompanying adult. Everything you create is yours to take home.
