Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other healing instruments. Let the vibrations wash over you, releasing tension and promoting deep relaxation. What to bring?

• yoga mat
• pillow/s
• blanket/s
• eye mask (also available for $1)

Pro-tips:

1. An eye mask is helpful during the bright months of summer
2. Bring at least two pillows - one for under your head and one for under your knees. This will help you sink into the space more comfortably on the floor for the hour.
3. Bring a thicker yoga mat or a nice blanket to help cushion you on the floor and create your cozy cocoon.
4. Wear comfy clothes to ensure you are cozy - perhaps socks as you typically take off your shoes for the event
5. Arrive at least 10 minutes prior to give yourself time to settle in. Doors close promptly at 6:30pm to begin the sound experience.
