SEVA Pease Park Cleanup

About this Event

Hi! My name is Allyson and I am an RYT-500 Yoga Teacher and Environmental Advocate. I am looking to create space for individuals to practice building their relationship with the Land.

EVENT DETAILS:

Are you interested in practing Seva Yoga (selfless service)? Do you want to take your mindfulness into action? Maybe you're an environmentalist that is feeling overwhelmed/anxious? Come bring your yoga/mindfulness/environmentalism into action through our community park cleanup! Anyone who wants to connect with nature is welcome. Snacks are provided!

This event directly follows our Yoga at Pease Park event (linked here). Participants are welcome to come to one or both events. We hope to see you soon!

PROVIDED:
Trash bags, gloves, water, and snacks provided for park cleanup participants.
