Setup to Stargaze: An Introductory Telescope Field Course

Ready to explore the night sky but not sure where to start? Join us for a hands-on field class at Wheeler Farm! First, we'll cover the components and types of telescopes and teach you how to navigate the night sky. To cap things off, we'll let you try out a variety of different telescopes with the guidance of our staff. You can even bring your own telescope and we'll help you figure out how to use it.

The class will meet in the north parking lot.

*Proof of registration is required for participation.
*This program is weather permitting and can be rescheduled if viewing conditions are poor.
*We will also reschedule the class if registration is low.
