Yoga Nidra is the practice and art of Yogic Sleep. There is no movement. In Yoga Nidra, we lie down and turn inwards. We embrace stillness rather than movement.
Yoga Nidra is a state of rest for the body and mind. It requires no effort yet gives a great reward.
This process systematically guides the body, mind and spirit into a complete state of relaxation for healing and spiritual exploration.
This is accomplished through a specific guided meditation process where the listener becomes increasingly aware of their inner world by following a set of verbal instructions. This process consciously takes you through the layers of body, breath, mind, emotions, energy and beyond.
As you rest supported on your lounge, Maris’s voice will lead you through a guided process where all the senses are drawn to gentle, conscious awareness, inviting the body to heal, so you can experience a fuller more complete version of yourself.
To help you enter this state, Calvin will create a soundscape of musical bliss with Gongs, Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls and other healing instruments to quickly shift your brain waves into a deeper meditative states.
This journey will welcome you home to yourself!
This practice promotes healing and regeneration at all levels of your being and is an effective way to empower intentions, manifest goals, and experience a deep sense of holistic wellness.
