Through the gentle combination of breathwork, restorative stretching, and the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, you'll be guided into a state of profound relaxation. This practice creates space for your nervous system to unwind, your mind to quiet, and your body to release what it's been carrying. No experience necessary—this class welcomes all bodies, all backgrounds, and all levels of flexibility or fitness. Simply come as you are, ready to receive.
