About this Event
Kings of Hearts created Heart-2-Heart (H2H) events to bring a profound experience for men and women going in-depth on:
- Themes of Masculinity
- Heart-based leadership approaches and attitudes
- Mental Health/Wellness.
Each event brings in a different topic...
In this workshop, we invite you to explore the theme of "Setting Yourself Up For Success Beyond New Years Resolutions".
As another year begins, many of us find ourselves reflecting on our New Year’s resolutions. Perhaps your goals are still taking shape, or maybe you’ve already defined them clearly—if so, well done!
Wherever you are on this journey, this workshop is designed to bring awareness to the concept of New Year’s resolutions, goals, visions, and actionables.
Together, we’ll discuss and unpack:
- The pitfalls of traditional New Year’s resolutions.
- The benefits and challenges of setting goals.
- The importance on focusing on lifestyle and intrinsic changes.
- The difference between long-term lifestyle changes and short-term gratification.
- Practical tools to help us approach 2025 and beyond with clarity, self-compassion, and heart-based leadership.
- "Who do I want to BE?" vs. "What do I want to ACHIEVE?"
Join us for an open and insightful conversation about creating an intentional path forward.
What To Expect?
- Embodiment practices to drop us all in
- Engaging in group conversations and smaller breakout groups focused on the evening's theme
- Opportunities for community connectio and fostering positive energy
This is designed for people who:
- Seek new connections and relationships
- Eager to engage thoughtful conversations
- Desire to learn more about the Kings of Hearts community
- Require a secure and encouraging environment for self-expression
- Intrigued by personal growth and self-improvement opportunities
At the Kings of Hearts we are committed to creating impactful containers. We hold SAFETY and BOLDNESS as anchors of integrity when facilitating.
Safety.
Safe is a space of non-judgment, curiosity, mutual respect, deep listening, and acknowledgment of one another's different and sometimes opposing views.
Boldness.
Bold is a call forward to lean into uncomfortable conversations and the courage to talk about what's important (even if it is awkward or feels uncomfortable). Bold means to feel fear and move forward anyway. It is standing up for something bigger than ourselves.
