About this Event
Healthy crops start with smart water management. At this on-farm workshop in partnership with Central State University Extension, we'll take a hands-on look at irrigation and watering systems used in gardens and farms. Learn the pros and cons of different systems, how to improve water efficiency, and strategies to keep plants properly watered through changing weather conditions.
Workshop led by Andrzej Czarniecki, Extension Educator-Agriculture and Natural Resources (ANR) at Central State University Extension.
**This event is outdoors on a working farm where you will be surrounded by nature. Ground and terrain may be uneven on the farm. We recommend comfortable shoes, sunscreen and a hat.**
This workshop will take place rain or shine. In cases of extreme weather, we will contact you 24-36 hours prior to the event if we need to cancel.
