Join us for 50-minute mat pilates class with award-winner reformer Pilates studio, SESSION Pilates! The female-led, privately owned studio currently has six locations in and around Dallas (4), Plano (1) and Frisco (1), and Nashville (1). SESSION has been nationally recognized as a Best Fitness Studio (and “Most Instagrammable”) by ClassPass, as well as being named Best Pilates Studio by D Magazine, Dallas Morning News, Plano Magazine and more. The SESSION method focuses on quick transitions throughout a music-based, high-intensity, full-body reformer workout. For this mat class, they’ll be teaching a mat Pilates version to give you a taste of what the obSESSION is all about. The class will take place at HerStory Gallery. HerStory is a shoppable platform for women-led brands around the world, supporting slow, ethical fashion!
