Service Ready: A Celebration of Asheville

Join us for a celebration of culinary stories that couldn’t have happened anywhere but Asheville. As our very own co-founder, Molly Irani, releases her first book: - we welcome you to a celebratory dinner of the vast magic that continues to come out of small but mighty Western North Carolina.

Chai Pani Executive Chef, Nick Barr, fresh from his recent trip to India, will be teaming up with 2026 James Beard Best Chef Southeast nominees Matt Dawes of The Bull and Beggar, & Taylor Montgomery of Montgomery Sky Farm for a one-of-a-kind, multi-course meal championing the flavors, ingredients, and stories found only in Asheville. Hosted by 2026 Outstanding Restaurateurs nominees, Meherwan & Molly Irani.

Each ticket includes a seat at the dinner, welcome cocktail, a signed copy of Service Ready by Molly Irani, and gift bag. Additional beverage menu available for purchase.

PLUS! For the first 30 guests to register, we'll be hosting an intimate chat with Molly Irani and other Chai Pani Restaurant Group founding memebers moderated by journalist, Mary Catherine McAnnally Scott, on Service Ready in the mezzanine 5:30pm - 6:15pm.
